What is the SLP Clay Crew?

SLP Clay Crew is a monthly pottery tool subscription, in which you get Studio LP Tools delivered to your door every month for a low subscription price. Members get useful and fun tools, saving up to 33% off retail price, plus some tools are exclusives you can’t buy.

Is shipping extra? 

No worldwide shipping is included in your subscription cost.

When will I be charged?

Charges are done automatically on the 1st of the month. 

When will I receive my subscription?

Packages are dispatched no later than the 5th of the month. Depending on your country you will receive it 2-10 days after that. (UK is shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class so usually takes 2 days, USA seems to take 5-7 business days, other countries vary). 

It is my first month subscribing, what happens?

When you pay for your first month, your package will be sent out straight away for the current month. The exception is if we are less than 5 days away from the start of the next month, in which case you will receive your package for the following calendar month’s subscription. 

For example: 

If you purchase a subscription on 10 March, you will receive March’s subscription dispatched right away and on 1 April you will be charged again and a few days later receive April’s subscriptions.

If you purchase a subscription on 29 March, you will be charged right away at time of purchase, but you won’t be charged again on the 1 April. You will receive your April subscription a couple days after the 1 April when the orders are dispatched. (You won’t receive March’s subscription).

I see I can’t cancel before I’ve paid for two months, why is that?

In order to get the discount on the tools and exclusive offers for the SLP Clay Crew, I do require two months payment before you can cancel. It keeps it fair and stops anyone from abusing the subscription discounts. You can paise your subscription for a month if needed or cancel after your second payment is made.

How do I pause my membership?

Your order confirmation emails have a link for you to manage your subscription easily. You can also access your Clay Crew subscription here: studioLPceramics.com/account/login 

When you first login, you must click register your account and create a password, using the email you signed up with. Once this is set up the website will automatically email you details and you have control over cancelling and pausing your membership.
